Payment:
We accept the following credit and debit cards for payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Delta and Switch Cards. Full payment is required at the time of making the purchase.

Your Order:
Your order will be put in place following approval from your credit card company for the charges.

All goods are subject to availability. If your requested item is unavailable we will contact you to advise when the item may be available at which time you may cancel your order if this is not suitable.

UK deliveries will be sent as soon as possible. We reserve the right to a full 30-day delivery however in most cases orders will be processed within 2-3 days.

European orders are sent by airmail and will require to be signed for. Delivery times can vary. Orders to non EEC addresses, USA, Japan, Canada and Australia all required to be signed for and under normal circumstances will reach you within 7-14 days.

Postage:
Postage charges will be added to orders as shown below:

• Within the UK £5.00 per order
  Within Europe £15.00 per order
  Posting to USA £20.00 per order
  Rest of the World £35.00 per order

All items are sent first class by Royal Mail.

We accept no liability for any times which are misplaced by the Royal Mail and recommend you take out appropriate insurance to cover against this possibility. Should you wish your item sent by guaranteed delivery please contact us for prices.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:
We will refund, exchange or replace items which are defective, have been sent by us incorrectly or are damaged in transit provided you notify us within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

We require that you retain proof of posting for any returns.

Should you wish to return goods to us for any other reason you are entitled to a full refund within two months of receipt of the goods by you provided the items are in saleable condition. In this type of return the postage will be at your own cost.

Security Policy:
All transactions take place over a secure server and are encrypted within the e-commerce software.
